2nd Shift | 3:00 PM•2:00 AM, Monday•Thursday Benefits of the machine operator: Climate-controlled shop environment with air-conditioning in the summer Multiple medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement plan with company match and paid time off (PTO) Excellent room for advancement with management that promotes from within Stable company culture with regular company parties and events Duties of the machine operator: Set up and operate production machinery according to specific work instructions, drawings, and job orders Load materials, accurately position parts, and support overall production and team goals Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met and complete quality documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times Requirements of the machine operator: High school diploma or GED with prior professional manufacturing experience Proven experience operating at least one of the following: punch press, printing press, waterjet, or rotary die cutter Strong mechanical inclination with experience using hand tools, power tools, and reading basic part drawings Basic math, computer, and communication skills to document production accurately Physical ability to stand for the shift and lift 40+ lbs.
