Education Requirements High school diploma or GED 2+ years of related experience in a food grade facility Problem-solver Basic math skills Must be able to read and write in English Preferred Qualifications Dry goods and high-speed packaging experience Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 45 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Job Duties Operate high-speed packaging machines safely and efficiently with support from team members. Follow all Food Safety and Quality Management System policies and procedures. Inspect machinery to ensure proper operation and compliance with standards. Assist production team members with line tasks and workflow. Operate a forklift to move materials to and from workstations as needed.
