What You'll Do as a SMT Operator - 1st

Shift:

Set up and operate surface mount technology (SMT) equipmentSet up and tear down feeders using small materials and componentsPlace electronic components by hand as needed during productionInspect circuit board assemblies to ensure quality standards are metComplete production documentation and basic computer data entryRead and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructionsPerform other duties as assigned to support production operations What You Need to Bring to the SMT Operator - 1st

Shift Role:

High school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a teamGood vision and finger dexterity for handling small electronic componentsAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsBasic computer and mathematical skillsAbility to stand, walk, or remain seated for up to 8 hours per shiftAbility to lift up to 30 poundsAbility to read, write, communicate, and understand English
