We are hiring Production Associates to manufacture window and door lineals out of Andersen's innovative Fibrex material. Get paid to learn a new skill and start your career at Andersen!

Growth Opportunities:

You will begin your Andersen career as an Extrusion Associate, learning the basics of Fibrex Extrusion. As an associate, you'll assist the Operator with daily tasks while continuing your learning and training to become an Operator yourself. Once an Extruder Operator, you can further your skills to become a Senior Extruder Operator. We also have positions in Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Leadership.

Salary :

All employees working nights get an additional 12% pay difference for working nights. In addition, you'll receive double-time for working Sundays if you have worked over 40 hours that week.

Shifts:

Night 6p-6a 3x3

Primary Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all safety rules and policies.
• Visually inspect lineals for conformity to specifications.
• Interpret smart scope, Promex, and bow machine results for dimensional conformity.
• Use all Quality appearance station forms and gauges to adhere to Quality Standards.
• Follow daily standard work.
• Stack profiles according to standard work.
• Properly wrap loads.
• Order raw materials.
• Adhere to line schedule.
• Complete production paperwork.
• Support respectful workplace. Secondary Responsibilities
• Participate in appropriate training and development programs Qualifications Desire to learn skills on the job in a fast paced environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, performing tasks requiring repetitive motion and standing for long periods of time. Willingness to cross-train on several operations.
