Production Support — Assist machine operators by staging materials and removing completed product. Quality Checks — Inspect materials for defects, damage, or incorrect sizing before stacking. Work Area Organization — Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Team Collaboration — Communicate with production staff to ensure smooth workflow and accurate order fulfillment. Qualifications Manufacturing Experience — Prior experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred. Physical Ability — Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods. Attention to Detail — Ability to identify defects and maintain accurate stacking patterns. Reliability — Strong attendance and punctuality required. Safety Awareness — Commitment to following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
