Prepares work to be accomplished by studying work instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or fixtures Assemble fabricated parts or finished products Use hand tools, glue guns, and an AVK gun to assist in assembly Monitor and maintain product quality Performance Measures (Accountability) Key performance measures remain relatively constant over time. Annual performance measures priorities/weightings, and specific targets will be agreed to and documented each performance period. Responsible for quality products.
