Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions. Identify and document product defects or nonconforming materials. Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records. Verify product measurements, tolerances, and overall workmanship. Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring defects. Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions when quality concerns arise. Ensure compliance with company quality standards, customer specifications, and safety procedures. Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines.
Qualifications :
Previous quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic computer skills for documenting inspections and quality records. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or GED required. #LIND26
