We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Set up and operate conventional and CNC machines to produce aerospace parts and assemblies
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings
Perform machining operations such as milling, drilling, grinding, boring, honing, and deburring
Use precision measuring tools to inspect and maintain quality standards
Perform basic machine maintenance including coolant, lubrication, and filter checks
Follow OSHA, safety, FOD, and quality procedures
Move materials/products within the manufacturing area as needed
Support team workflow and assist with training other employees
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR regulations)
Minimum 3 years of machine operator experience
Basic CNC and machine operation knowledge
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to work any shift and overtime as required
High School Diploma or GED required
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of aviation or aerospace manufacturing experience
Vocational training or apprenticeship in machining operations
