$15.00/hour 2nd Shift 2:30 PM•11:00

$16.00/hour Job Description Lingo Staffing is currently hiring Assembly Workers for a manufacturing facility in Lexington, NC. Employees will assist with assembling commercial coolers and refrigeration units in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Assemble cooler and refrigeration components according to instructions. Use basic hand and power tools. Install parts, panels, hardware, and other components. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Meet daily production and productivity goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety rules and company procedures. Work as part of a team to complete production orders. Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or construction experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks. Good attendance and punctuality are required. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be dependable and willing to work Monday-Friday. Must be willing to work the assigned shift.
