Andover, NJ Job Description:

Operation of rubber mixing, molding, and extruding equipment. Utilizes various types of shop equipment to manufacture various rubber parts. Works from and in accordance with specifications and design criteria including but not limited to verbal instructions, work orders, and drawings. Performs quality checks using a wide variety of precision measuring instruments; maintains accurate dimensional tolerances based upon drawings. Selects the appropriate tools to maximize efficiency and ensure quality of product. Sets up and operates a variety of machines including but not limited to mixing mills, presses, and extruders and ensure the proper utilization of equipment and material

Requirements:

Minimum two years of relevant experience High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of measuring tools/gauges Understanding of technical drawings Ability to stand throughout the day and lift up to 50 lbs Basic math skills

Hours:

3 week training Monday

• Thursday 6:30am
• 5:00pm then transitions to Thursday
• Sunday 6:30am
• 5:00pm

Temp-to-Perm Pay:

$20 #
