Machine Operator Assistant - 1st Shift Andover, NJ $17.50/hour 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator Assistant to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This position supports machine setup, production, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

Assist with machine setup and adjustments Prepare and feed materials into production equipment Monitor product quality and report any issues Follow work orders, drawings, and production instructions Assist with general production duties as needed

Requirements:

Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Basic computer skills required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Basic English communication skills Printing/packaging experience is a plus Must follow all safety and PPE requirements Full-time, stable 1st shift opportunity.
