• Liverpool, NY $18.00/hr to start (temp-to-hire) Monday-Friday | Full-time, day shift (you pick, 7AM
• 3:30PM, or 8:00AM
• 4:30PM) Hands-on production role working with foam and fiberglass-based materials. Accurate measuring and counting are required. This is a temp-to-hire position in a fabrication shop. This is not light assembly. The people who succeed here are comfortable working with their hands, measuring accurately, and staying focused throughout the day. Working Conditions
• Please Read This role involves working around fiberglass-based materials occasionally. It does have plenty of "clean" work as well. Fiberglass can be itchy and irritating if it gets on your skin and it will most likely get on your clothes.
• Proper PPE is provided (Masks, gloves, glasses)
• Tyvek suits are available to help keep clothes clean
• PPE and safety procedures must be followed If working around fiberglass or in uncomfortable conditions is a deal-breaker, this job is not a good fit.

Responsibilities:

• Cut and fabricate foam and fiberglass parts
• Measure material accurately (inches, fractions, thickness)
• Count parts and quantities correctly
• Follow work orders
• Operate production equipment (training provided)
• Inspect your own work for accuracy
• Packaging orders as completed

Requirements:

• Comfortable working around fiberglass
• Comfortable working with their hands
• Can measure, count, and do basic shop math
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to stand and perform hands-on work for a full shift
• Able to work and communicate with other team members
