SWA is hiring for open Production Assembly roles in Franklin, OH!
Pay:
$17 hr
Shift:
M-Thur:
6:30 - 4 pm
Fri:
OT 6 am - 12 pm
Consideration Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of Precision Assembly experience MUST Pass a criminal background check and drug screening! Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Must be able to use a wide range of hand and power tools Must have experience working in a manufacturing environment Must have experience following drawings and blueprints Demonstrates a strong customer focus along with a great work ethic. Must work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team. Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications Great hand eye coordination Demonstrate reliability and good attendance Previous Industrial Assembly skills required Familiar with QC requirements
Daily Duties:
Perform various manufacturing operations (Material Handling, Ream and Deburr, Countersink, Marking, or Rivet) Read and interpret specifications manuals or assembly blueprints and schematics to plan building or assembly operations Verify functioning, conformance to customer specifications, and machine capabilities by conducting quality control check This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology.
