JOB DESCRIPTION

Rubber Extrusion & Compression Technician Perry, Ohio Monday through Friday | 7:00 a.m.•5:00 p.m. Starting at $14/hr | Weekly Pay Work Boots Required Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a hands-on team that keeps production moving? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our rubber extrusion and compression line — no experience needed, just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!

What You'll Do:

Operate and assist with rubber extrusion or compression machinery Pull finished parts from machines and load them into trays Clean work areas and ensure parts are properly handled Lift and move parts weighing up to 100 pounds (team support available!)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
