Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial machinery to produce high-quality components and products. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to innovative manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to ensure precise fabrication and assembly of parts. Conduct dimensional measurements using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify product specifications. Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on industrial equipment to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance. Follow safety standards rigorously while handling machinery and materials, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Utilize shop math skills for calculations related to measurements, tolerances, and material handling during production. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, materials handling, packaging, and quality control to meet production goals. Requirements Experience with shop math, fabrication techniques, and precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and the ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues confidently. Valid forklift certification is preferred for materials handling tasks. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills; capable of working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
