Orchard & Vineyard Supply is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Inside Sales & Warehouse Support Associate to support our Salem location. This is a full-time position combining warehouse operations, customer service, and sales support . Position Summary This role supports both warehouse operations and inside sales , ensuring customer orders, inquiries, and fulfillment are handled accurately and efficiently. You will interact with walk-in customers, assist with order processing, and support inventory and logistics functions. Key Responsibilities Receive, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory levels Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup Assist walk-in customers and respond to phone/email inquiries Support outside sales team with order processing and fulfillment Coordinate and process transfers between regional locations Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift) safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse/store environment Assist with opening/closing duties of the store location Perform occasional local deliveries as needed Represent the company professionally in all customer and field interactions Perform other duties as assigned Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Ability to safely operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification provided if needed) Valid Oregon or Washington driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred (Not Required) Qualifications Experience in warehouse operations, delivery driving, or inventory management Agricultural or irrigation industry experience Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) to support a diverse customer base Basic welding or fabrication experience (helpful for certain product support or customer needs) Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move items up to 60 pounds occasionally Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands/arms Occasional bending, kneeling, and climbing Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with applicable laws. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
