We're looking for a detail-oriented Packaging & Inspection Operator I to help ensure our products meet quality standards and are packaged accurately for shipment. We provide training for candidates with the right attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. What You'll Do Package parts and products according to customer specifications and work orders. Inspect products for visual defects and quality concerns. Count, weigh, measure, and label products accurately. Follow work orders and packaging instructions. Record production, packaging, and order information. Identify and separate defective or blemished parts when needed. Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing when required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate quality concerns and production issues to leadership. Support other departments as needed and perform other assigned duties. What We're Looking For High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and follow written instructions and work orders. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to learn and use measuring and inspection tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to quality, safety, and reliability in meeting job responsibilities. Physical & Work Environment Requirements This position is based in a finishing shop environment. Essential functions of the role may include: Remaining stationary and moving throughout the work area during the shift. Reaching, bending, twisting, and handling products and packaging materials. Repetitive use of hands and arms. Moving, lifting, pushing, pulling, or otherwise handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Working around production equipment and machinery. Exposure to moderate to loud noise levels.
