Description:

Night shift 6:15pm-6:45am: 12 hour shift on a 3-2-2-3 schedule

Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment

Setting up, calibrating, and optimizing machinery for top-quality production

Overseeing process flow to ensure exceptional product standards and safety compliance

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve procedures and drive innovation

Accurately documenting production metrics, machine logs, and performing quality checks

Providing guidance and training to junior team members on equipment operation and safety

Have a high school diploma or GED (additional certifications a plus)

Bring 2+ years of manufacturing experience with proven expertise in machine operation

Possess a strong understanding of setup, adjustments, and equipment troubleshooting

Thrive both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
