Axiom Staffing is recruiting for Coater Operators in
Greencastle, PA:
The Coater Operator operates various equipment and controls at the coater area to run to the product specifications at or above the productivity targets: 1. Operate all controls and equipment at the coater area to achieve the required product specifications and productivity targets. 2. Inspect and prepare rolls of films (surface film, release film, selvage film, etc.) and fabric before loading on the production line.- Identify/locate any marked splices or defects.
- Document the required details on the operator log.
- Communicate quality issues immediately to the supervisor. 3. Splice a new roll of film (surface film, release film, selvage film, etc.) or fabric to the end of an existing roll. 4. Continuously monitor the product in-process for quality and productivity.
