Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team, and are currently recruiting for a Pretzel Operator I to join our team of manufacturing professionals in Hanover, PA on the Weekend Day Shift. This position works Friday to Sunday 5:25 AM - 5:25 PM. Responsibilities Prepare and operate pretzel dough mixers, ensuring dough quality and texture meet standards. Weigh raw pretzels every 30 minutes and record extruder speeds/pressure. Monitor ingredient stock and maintain a clean, sanitary work area. Identify and report mechanical issues and machinery wear to leadership. Log operation records and track inventory using handheld scanner. Substitute for other processing operators as needed.

Follow safety protocols and communicate any safety concerns. Work proactively in a cross-functional team and communicate production information to other shifts. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
