Railing Fabrication Specialist Location:

Pay:

$21.00 per hour (Starting Rate)

Schedule:

7am-3:30pm | Monday-Friday | (Full-time) About the Role We are seeking a dependable Railing Fabrication Specialist to join our manufacturing team. This position is focused on building, preparing, and assembling gates and railing samples for customers, sales teams, and retail partners. Accuracy, craftsmanship, and efficiency are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Read assembly drawings and work orders to fabricate gates and railing products Measure and cut materials using hand tools and power tools (including CNC router, miter saws) Assemble gates and railing components with precision and attention to detail Fabricate custom sample requests for special projects Ensure all assembled products meet quality standards for durability and appearance Label, package, and prepare completed products for shipping Enter finished goods data into ERP systems (basic computer use) Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow company safety policies Participate in continuous improvement activities Qualifications High school diploma or GED Experience with carpentry, assembly, or fabrication preferred Familiarity with CNC cutting, miter saws, or fabrication equipment Strong math and measurement skills Ability to troubleshoot assembly issues quickly and effectively Basic computer skills Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification Reliable attendance and strong communication skills Physical Requirements Stand for long periods and operate hand tools with fine dexterity Lift up to 50 lbs and bend/squat frequently Work around high noise levels and varying shop conditions Why Apply?
