Work Environment This role is based in a dark, heavy industrial manufacturing environment that almost resembles a foundry setting. The facility can get a little dirty due to the nature of the production process, and temperatures can become very warm during the summer months. You will work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule: A Shift (8:00 pm to 8:00 am, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Sunday), B Shift (8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Sunday), C Shift (8:00 pm to 8:00 am, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Sunday), and D Shift (8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Sunday). Certain shifts include an additional shift differential. You will regularly use manufacturing equipment, hand tools, tooling, and precision measuring instruments, and may operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed.
