Job Description
Nesco Resource is currently hiring Doffers for a textile manufacturing facility in the Enoree, SC area. We are seeking dependable, hardworking candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Job Responsibilities Remove completed rolls, yarn, or material from textile machinery. Replace empty tubes, cones, bobbins, or other production materials. Assist with keeping textile machinery running efficiently. Monitor materials for quality issues or defects. Move and stage finished materials in designated areas. Keep machines and surrounding work areas clean and organized. Follow production and quality specifications. Follow all company safety procedures and policies. Perform additional production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous textile or manufacturing experience is preferred. Doffing, weaving, knitting, spinning, or machine operating experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Must be dependable with strong attendance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift, push, and pull materials throughout the shift. Must be comfortable working around manufacturing machinery.
