Job Description
Nesco Resource is currently hiring Twisting Operators for a textile manufacturing facility in the Enoree, SC area. We are seeking dependable candidates with textile, machine operating, or manufacturing experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor textile twisting machines and related production equipment. Load yarn, cones, bobbins, or spools onto twisting machinery. Start, stop, and make basic adjustments to machines to maintain proper operation. Monitor yarn tension, twist, and overall product quality throughout production. Identify and repair broken yarn or thread as needed. Remove completed packages and replace empty tubes, bobbins, or cones. Inspect finished material for defects and ensure products meet quality specifications. Monitor multiple machines while maintaining production expectations. Troubleshoot minor machine or material issues and notify supervision of equipment problems. Complete required production documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures. Qualifications Previous textile manufacturing experience is preferred. Twisting, winding, spinning, weaving, or textile machine operating experience is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic machine adjustments. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to work around moving machinery in a manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift are required.
