Job Description
Nesco Resource is currently hiring Weavers for a textile manufacturing facility in the Enoree, SC area. We are looking for dependable candidates with textile, weaving, machine operating, or manufacturing experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor weaving looms and other textile production equipment. Start, stop, and monitor machines to ensure proper operation. Inspect fabric during production for defects, irregularities, or quality concerns. Identify and repair broken yarn or threads as needed. Replace yarn, bobbins, cones, or other materials to maintain continuous production. Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor operating issues. Monitor multiple machines while maintaining production and quality standards. Record production information and report equipment or quality concerns to supervision. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all plant safety, quality, and production procedures. Perform additional textile production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous weaving or textile manufacturing experience is preferred. Loom operation or textile machine operating experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify fabric defects. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues. Ability to work independently while monitoring multiple machines. Must be dependable and maintain good attendance. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Steel-toe shoes and long pants are required. Apply Today!
