Nesco Resource | Laurens, SC Nesco Resource is currently hiring Knit Operators for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities in Laurens, SC. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor industrial knitting machines and textile production equipment. Load materials and assist with machine setup and changeovers. Monitor machines throughout the production process to ensure proper operation. Inspect fabric and finished materials for defects or quality concerns. Identify issues such as broken yarn, machine stops, or material defects. Make basic machine adjustments and notify appropriate personnel of mechanical issues. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Keep machines and surrounding work areas clean and organized. Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards. Meet daily production and efficiency goals. Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines. Perform additional production duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous textile, knitting, machine operating, or manufacturing experience is preferred. Ability to learn and operate industrial knitting equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
