Job Description

Recruiting Solutions is seeking a 1st Shift Assembly Associate for a manufacturing company in Piedmont, SC ! Qualified candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced production environment, safely operate hand tools, and meet all quality and productivity requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
Complete assembly operations according to design prints, work instructions, and established production procedures. Follow all required steps in the assembly process to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Safely and properly operate hand tools and other equipment required for assigned assembly tasks. Properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE). Inspect completed work to ensure products meet established quality and production standards. Rotate between different job stations as needed based on production requirements. Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned tasks and meet production goals. Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and follow established standard work procedures. Participate in 5S activities to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Participate in workplace safety initiatives and follow all company safety procedures. Maintain a constant state of awareness while working around moving equipment, machinery, and other employees. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production, quality, safety, or equipment concerns. Accept and apply constructive feedback to improve job performance and production quality. Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced, production-based environment. Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required. Ability to safely and effectively operate hand tools. Ability to read and follow design prints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to rotate between different job stations as required. Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and other employees. Ability to remain alert and safety-conscious throughout the shift. Ability to follow PPE, safety, quality, and production requirements. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce. Ability to professionally receive and apply constructive feedback. Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based on business needs. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet established productivity requirements. Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to contribute to team goals.
