Machine Operators - Manchester, TN ResourceMFG is hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Manchester, TN. We are seeking dependable individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$16.48 - $17.48 per hour (based on shift)

All Shifts Available Responsibilities:

Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Fill hoppers and dryers with materials. Empty grinders and prepare materials for production. Pre-dry materials for upcoming jobs. Clean loaders, grinders, and equipment during mold and color changes. Ensure machines and auxiliary equipment are ready for startup. Maintain a clean and organized production and storage area. Move finished products to designated staging areas. Report safety, quality, and housekeeping concerns. Perform other duties as assigned.
