In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging products efficiently while adhering to strict safety and regulatory guidelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment that values precision, safety, and teamwork. Duties Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently to assemble finished products according to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Interpret production documents accurately to ensure correct packaging specifications and labeling. Handle materials and products using appropriate materials handling equipment, including forklifts when certified. Perform heavy lifting and manual assembly tasks in accordance with safety protocols to support continuous production flow. Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on packaging machinery and industrial equipment to minimize downtime. Follow FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and GMP standards diligently to maintain compliance. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch numbers, quantities, and inspection reports. Support warehouse operations by organizing materials, managing inventory, and ensuring proper storage of packaged goods. Skills Proficiency with manufacturing equipment, including packaging machinery and industrial tools. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues quickly and effectively. Familiarity with manufacturing facility operations, safety standards, and production documentation interpretation. Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently (certification preferred). Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying quantities during packaging processes. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents and ensure compliance. Experience working within regulated environments following FDA regulations, CGMP, and GMP guidelines. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely in a fast-paced setting.
