Finisher Job Description We are seeking an experienced Finisher to join our new machine shop. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, loading, and overseeing machine operations. This position operates on the 2nd shift, from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities Prepare machines for operation by setting up necessary equipment. Load materials into machines and monitor the process to ensure quality standards are met. Oversee machine operations and perform inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Collaborate with a small team of 2-3 members to ensure efficient production flow. Essential Skills 2-3 years of experience as a machine operator in a machine shop environment. Proficiency in machine operation and inspection processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a collaborative team setting. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
