DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

- Supervises all positions and operations inside the seg room. Must ensure all product is stacked correctly on corresponding pallet Must ensure proper palletization is being done correctly Must ensure that the pallet tag is accurate. Every pallet tag needs to have a correct location when moved into cold room Partials must be brought back into seg room to consolidate when returning to variety. Communicate with the Production team Inspects each pallet to ensure product is not misplaced and pallet appearance is acceptable. Ensures customer specific palletization requirements are in place and accurate. Returns mislabeled or damaged boxes to stamper throughout the shift. Informs stamper operator of issues Glue on bags Torn tape/ boxes Faded print Packed boxes riding too high Wrong lids Performs end of day reconciliation by counting and entering information for all partial pallets. Updates pallet storage location data files. Works with Segregators to spread the work load Works with Inventory team to place pallets in assigned areas Works with Shipping team to return any partials into seg room Works with shipping and production to provide accurate counts on hand Use all resources available to get job duties done correctly and in a timely manner Communicate and collaborate with all CG team members Send an end of shift report on pallet/ box/ stamper issues Train all personnel in seg room. Make sure processes are being followed for accuracy Able to work on either shift to fill in Keep the seg room clean and tidy Move extra resources to do other duties. Plan ahead for proper staffing. Ask for help from other departments. Must understand each job duty under their supervision. Able to do time keeping for both shifts. Attend and participate in supervisor meetings This position comes with the additional technical requirements as a future operator of automatic palletization. Lead by example- Working Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES - OTHER DUTIES

Understands, follows and complies with company safety policies. Understands, follows and complies with company food safety and sanitation policies. Conducts and documents inspections/recordkeeping as required by regulation and/or customer specified audit schemes. All other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Repetitious and/or prolonged lifting, walking, standing, and carrying. Works in a warehouse environment that is subject to temperature fluctuations.

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
