Test Operator at Ultimate Staffing Services Test Operator at Ultimate Staffing Services in Camarillo, California Posted in 8 days ago. $19.00 - $23.00 per hour Electronics Manufacturing Industry We are partnering with a well-established electronics manufacturing company in Camarillo, CA that is seeking an experienced Test Operator to join its production team. This is a full-time opportunity supporting electronic testing and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Camarillo, CA Schedule:
Monday-Friday October-May:

8:00 AM to 5:00

PM June-September:

7:00 AM to 3:45

PM Pay:

$19.00-$23.00/hour DOE Overtime required, including early starts, extended shifts, and occasional weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Connect electronic assemblies to test equipment and run software-driven tests Assemble cable harnesses and support electronic testing processes Operate testing equipment such as Flying Probe, ICT, and related systems as needed Read and utilize multimeters to perform testing and troubleshooting activities Review electronic drawings, test instructions, and work procedures using a computer Follow ESD, ISO, quality, and production standards Inspect work for accuracy and conformance to specifications Provide support in additional production departments as needed

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of electronics test operator experience in an electronics manufacturing environment Ability to read and understand a multimeter Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic computer skills Ability to read and follow testing instructions and mechanical drawings High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs.
