In this energetic role, you'll engage with customers, assist them in finding the perfect products, and provide exceptional service that keeps them coming back. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will drive sales and ensure smooth store operations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable products or services Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers and cash management systems Handle retail math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and returns with precision Maintain the cash drawer by performing daily cash handling and balancing at shift end Assist customers with retail lending options, including loan processing and collections when applicable Enter data efficiently into financial software and maintain accurate sales records Support store operations by managing inventory, restocking shelves, and conducting regular audits Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Experience Prior retail store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and cashiering procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role Basic math skills and experience with 10-key typing or data entry are essential for processing transactions accurately Knowledge of financial services or banking concepts such as loan processing or collections is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced environment Experience with retail lending or cash management systems will be advantageous but can be learned on the job Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your career in retail sales!
