Monday-Friday Pay:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience Position Summary Established Miami-Dade mold remediation company is looking for dependable individuals to join our field team. This is a full-time position performing mold remediation, light demolition, cleaning, equipment setup and general jobsite work at residential and commercial properties. Experience in remediation, construction or a related trade is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Set up and remove containment barriers Remove drywall, insulation, flooring and other affected materials as needed HEPA vacuum and clean remediation areas Set up and move air scrubbers, dehumidifiers and other equipment Load and unload tools, equipment and materials Maintain clean and organized jobsites Use basic hand and power tools Follow company procedures and safety requirements Wear company-provided PPE when required Assist crew leaders and other team members Drive company vehicles when assigned Qualifications Dependable and punctual Willing to learn and follow instructions Comfortable working as part of a team Able to perform normal physical duties associated with construction and remediation work Able to use ladders and work in attics when necessary Experience with basic hand and power tools is a plus Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred Previous experience in mold remediation, water damage restoration, demolition, construction or general labor is a plus but not required. IICRC or OSHA certifications are also a plus but not required. Why Work With Us?
