•35.00/hr. We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Technician to support regulated medical-device manufacturing and automated assembly operations. This is a hands-on technical position for someone who can independently set up and troubleshoot injection molding processes, respond to production issues, and maintain validated processes in a quality-controlled manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Set up and start injection molding machines using approved process parameters Perform mold changes, job changeovers, and line clearances Set up and maintain auxiliary production equipment Troubleshoot molding machines, process conditions, robotics, and automated assembly equipment Respond to alarms and resolve process issues to minimize downtime and scrap Monitor cycle times, process stability, machine performance, and product quality Support robotics, vision systems, conveyors, automated assembly cells, and end-of-arm tooling Complete process setup sheets, production logs, scrap reports, and other required documentation Use dimensional inspection equipment to verify product quality Enter accurate production information into an ERP or manufacturing system Maintain validated processes and approved operating parameters Assist Engineering and Quality with IQ, OQ, and PQ validation activities Support root-cause investigations and corrective actions Identify opportunities to improve process capability, quality, efficiency, and scrap rates Follow ISO 13485, safety, and quality-system requirements Required Qualifications At least three years of hands-on injection molding process-technician experience Experience setting up, troubleshooting, and adjusting injection molding processes Medical-device or similarly regulated manufacturing experience Experience working within an

ISO 13485

environment Experience supporting robotics or automated assembly equipment Ability to read engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation Experience using dimensional inspection and measurement equipment Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing software Ability to work either 2nd or 3rd shift High school diploma or GED Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Preferred Experience Scientific molding or process-validation experience
