Job Description

Electronics Test Operator - 2nd Shift Job Overview NVE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Test Operator to join our second-shift production team. In this role, you will operate automated test equipment to test and inspect electronic components and help ensure that products meet NVE's quality and performance standards. This position provides hands-on experience with electronics testing, automated equipment, quality assurance, and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Set up and operate automated production test systems for electronic components. Perform visual inspections to identify defects and verify product quality. Apply NVE quality standards using visual inspection, automated optical inspection (AOI), and electronic test systems. Collect and document test and production data accurately. Identify test failures and support engineering troubleshooting efforts. Perform basic equipment adjustments and resolve minor machine issues. Follow established procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements. Work with the production team to maintain product quality and production throughput. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to resolve minor equipment issues. Ability to read and follow procedures and work instructions. Ability to accurately document test results and production information. Basic computer skills. Familiarity with measurement equipment such as multimeters, calipers, micrometers, or other precision measuring instruments is a plus. Experience with automated production equipment, electronics testing, inspection, or light assembly is a plus. Previous electronics or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
