Grinder Operator
- $23•25 per hour Evaluation-to-Hire | 1st Shift | Wyoming/Big Lake, MN Manufacturing | Weekly Pay Position Overview Express Employment Professionals•Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Grinder Operator openings in the Wyoming and Big Lake area.
Pay and Schedule Hourly Pay:
$23- 25 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00PM Pay Frequency:

Wyoming/Big Lake, MN Benefits Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Sick Leave Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonus Program (100 dollars for each referral who works 100 hours) Key Responsibilities Operate grinding machines to remove excess material Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Deburr, smooth, and finish metal components Follow production specifications and safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications Previous experience operating grinders or similar equipment Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions Strong attention to detail Mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and stay on task.
