Job Description

Join Our Team We are seeking an experienced Blow Mold Technician to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing extrusion blow molding equipment to produce high-quality plastic containers in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. What You'll Do Operate and monitor 2-4 extrusion blow molding production lines per shift. Troubleshoot extrusion blow molding machines, process issues, and equipment faults to minimize downtime. Make process adjustments to maintain product quality, cycle times, and production efficiency. Perform dimensional inspections and adjust processing parameters for out-of-specification products. Operate and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment including: Leak detection systems Flame treaters Vision inspection systems Resin handling systems Conveyors and automated material handling equipment Assist with machine setups, startups, mold changes, and production changeovers. Support utility equipment and production systems as needed. Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams to resolve equipment and process issues. Maintain accurate production records and quality documentation. Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, quality, and productivity. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience operating extrusion blow molding equipment in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience making process adjustments to improve quality and production performance. Ability to read work instructions and follow standard operating procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience withblow molding equipment. Familiarity with leak detection, vision systems, flame treatment, conveyors, and automated packaging equipment. Experience with resin handling systems and quality inspection equipment. Previous experience supporting machine setups and startups. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Bend, squat, climb, and work around industrial equipment. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
