Rotational Mold Helper Job Description (Quick Overview) We are looking for a motivated Rotational Mold Helper to support daily production in our molding department. This role assists machine operators with setting up molds, loading materials, monitoring equipment, and ensuring finished parts meet quality standards. No experience required—training provided.

Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and preparing rotational molds for production Load plastic material into molds and help with mold changes Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work area Support machine operators with general production tasks Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus Willingness to learn and follow instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Full-time; multiple shifts may be available standing, lifting, work as a team
