This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the front end of the production process, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative environment. If you're highly detail-oriented, experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, and enjoy seeing projects come to life from concept to production, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Gather, organize, and preflight customer files for production Review artwork and prepare files for accurate, high-quality printing Create proofs, samples, and prototypes as needed Optimize files for production while maintaining design integrity Collaborate with project managers, designers, customer service, production, and installation teams Provide technical guidance and support throughout the production process Review completed work orders for accuracy before invoicing Help manage long-term projects and customer relationships while ensuring deadlines are met What We're Looking For Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including: Adobe InDesign Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe Acrobat Advanced computer skills in both PC/Microsoft and MacOS environments Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy If you're ready to join a growing organization where your technical expertise and attention to detail will make an impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
