Die Setter Join Our Manufacturing Team! Are you experienced in plastic injection molding and looking for a hands-on role where you can make an immediate impact? We're seeking a skilled Die Setter to support our production operations by ensuring efficient mold changes, machine setups, and production readiness in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do The Die Setter is responsible for the safe and efficient installation, removal, setup, and troubleshooting of molds and auxiliary equipment. This role ensures production readiness, minimizes downtime, and maintains quality standards in a high-volume plastic injection molding environment. Qualifications Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred 2+ years of experience in plastic injection molding or mold setting. Experience with mold changes, machine setup, and auxiliary equipment. Forklift and/or overhead crane certification. Technical training in plastics manufacturing or a related field. Skills We Value Knowledge of plastic injection molding processes. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Teamwork Physical Requirements Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. (with assistance or lifting devices when needed).
