What You Will Do As a Foundry Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. The Foundry Operator plays an important role in manufacturing by operating equipment that supports efficient production and consistent product quality. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor equipment throughout the production process.
