Implement and comply with defined standards Perform changeovers and tape change Set parameters for manufacturing process Optimize manufacturing processes in order to improve the OEE, process stability and throughput times Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (A3, Ishikawa, 5-why) Define and implement corrective measures Investigate the causes of production interruptions, define and monitor corrective measures and document the lessons learned Monitor process stability and product quality Other duties, as assigned
