Collaborate with manufacturing teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements that enhance productivity. Analyze production data using Microsoft Excel and supply chain analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency gains. Support plant management by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting root cause analysis, and driving Six Sigma initiatives for quality control. Facilitate cross-functional communication among production, engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams to streamline operations. Maintain comprehensive documentation of production activities, schedules, inventory movements, and process improvements aligned with lean management practices. Experience Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of assembly processes and plant operations management. Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or equivalent enterprise resource planning software; experience with MRP is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies including Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel data analysis for reporting, forecasting, and decision-making purposes. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively and communicate clearly across departments. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment or assembly lines is advantageous but not mandatory.
