Job Overview The Senior ERP Specialist will serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the

SYSPRO ERP

platform. This individual will be responsible for maintaining system performance, supporting end users, managing enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the ERP environment effectively supports business operations. The role will collaborate closely with manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, finance, and other functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, optimize system utilization, and support integrations with related business systems. This position will also play a key role in future ERP projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience supporting SYSPRO within a manufacturing environment, along with a strong understanding of production processes, inventory management, materials planning, and ERP best practices. Experience with SYSPRO's Management of Manufacturing (MOM) module is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical and functional resource for the

SYSPRO ERP

platform.

• Support and optimize manufacturing, inventory, materials management, and production-related business processes within SYSPRO.
• Provide expertise in SYSPRO database structures, reporting, and system configuration.
• Support implementation activities for upcoming manufacturing site deployments and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.
• Manage and troubleshoot ERP integrations with internal and third-party applications.
• Partner with operations, production, supply chain, and finance stakeholders to ensure system alignment with business needs.
• Support and enhance the Management of Manufacturing (MOM) module and related manufacturing workflows.
• Assist with data integrity, reporting, system testing, and user support.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support long-term system sustainability.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering

SYSPRO ERP

in a related manufacturing environment.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, materials management, and production processes.
• Experience working with SYSPRO databases, reporting, and system configuration.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations and data flow between business systems.
• Working understanding of accounting principles, including debits, credits, and financial transaction impacts within ERP systems.
• Experience supporting SYSPRO's Management of Manufacturing (MOM) module strongly preferred.
• Experience with TransLution warehouse management software preferred. Experience with comparable manufacturing execution, warehouse management, or third-party manufacturing systems may be considered if knowledge is transferable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay:

Up to $130,000.00 per year
