We have a multi-year gas distribution contract running across the state of Iowa over the next few years. We are seeking a Field Superintendent to join our growing team to cover the central and western side of Iowa.

Union benefits Company vehicle The Superintendent will be responsible for the following: Supervising daily operations on gas distribution projects (installation, maintenance, and repair of pipelines). Direct and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators. Enforce and monitor OSHA, DOT, and company safety policies; conduct daily safety meetings and ensure proper use of PPE; respond to and report any safety incidents and near misses. Inspect projects for compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements; verify proper installation of gas mains, valves, and related components. Develop and maintain project schedules. Maintain accurate records for work performed, materials used, and crew hours.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in gas distribution, pipeline construction, or utility work. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to job sites and work extended hours as needed. Federal Med/Health Card A full job description will be available upon request during the interview process.
