DCS/SCADA

systems, alarms, operating parameters, and plant equipment, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal performance. Coordinate startup, shutdown, and operating procedures for boilers, turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems. Troubleshoot abnormal operating conditions and equipment issues, taking corrective action while following established safety and operating procedures. Communicate closely with field operators and maintenance personnel to coordinate inspections, equipment isolations, repairs, and plant activities. Maintain accurate operating logs, records, and reports while ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements. Minnesota 1A Boiler Operator License required , with prior experience operating boilers, power generation equipment, or industrial energy systems strongly preferred. #ENG1
