Full-Time Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Pre-Flight Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving customer files, organizing and managing files on our server, and performing pre-flight checks to ensure artwork and documents are ready for production. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications. Responsibilities Receive, review, and organize incoming customer files. Maintain accurate file structures and naming conventions on company servers. Open and inspect files to verify proper setup and production readiness. Confirm color spaces, document sizes, image resolution, fonts, and linked assets. Identify and communicate potential file issues before production. Perform general pre-flight checks on print-ready documents and artwork. Ensure files are properly prepared and routed for production. Assist with file archiving and ongoing server organization. Work closely with customer service and production teams to resolve file-related issues. Qualifications Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat; InDesign experience is a plus). Ability to follow established workflows and file management procedures. Comfortable working with digital files and server-based file systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Previous print, graphics, signage, or production experience is preferred but not required.
