The Fiber Laser and Press Brake Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our press brake and 5' x 10' fiber laser equipment. Responsibilities include loading and unloading machines, processing and moving raw materials and finished parts, and operating forklifts and overhead cranes for material handling. The operator will read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings, understand dimensions and tolerances, and use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to verify that finished parts meet required specifications. This position is responsible for monitoring quality throughout the fabrication process, identifying and communicating any quality concerns, and ensuring each project meets our standards before moving to the next operation. Additional duties include cleaning, deburring, polishing, and finishing parts as needed, organizing materials and completed components, packaging finished products, performing basic equipment inspections and routine operator maintenance, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The operator will also learn our new machine controls, programming systems, and production processes, with training provided.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
