The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience operating a Brake Press in a metal fabrication environment and be comfortable reading blueprints, performing machine setup, and producing precision parts. Job RequirementsMinimum 2 years of Brake Press experience in a sheet metal fabrication environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong math and technical skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawingsExperience with machine setup and operation Ability to measure accurately using standard measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and qualityPass drug screen and background checkResponsibilitiesReview blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine project specificationsSet up and adjust Brake Press machine settings for production runsOperate machinery to produce parts according to required size and shape specificationsInspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are metMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all company safety procedures and guidelinesWork overtime as needed to meet production demandsMultiple positions available.
